Bob is responsible for the cost planning, cost management and quantity surveying throughout all stages of various size projects gathered in Australia and overseas.  This includes the provision of specialist advice in cost planning from feasibility stage, providing procurement strategy and establishment advice and cost planning from design through to documentation.

Bob commenced with Davis Langdon as a Quantity Surveyor in the Melbourne office in 1964 and transferred to Hobart in 1972 and was responsible for the provision of cost management services, marketing of the firms’ services and the management of the office.  In 1980 Bob became a Director in the Melbourne office of Davis Langdon responsible for financial affairs as well as cost planning and the quantity surveying side of the company.
