Charles brings to Davis Langdon nine years of building surveying experience that covers both the Government and the private sectors. He has a sound knowledge in Building Surveying and building works that include Industrial, Commercial, Defence, Retail and multi-level Residential developments.

Charles is responsible for design development BCA assessment, Council BCA liaison, fire safety engineering facilitation, as well as BCA audits, the issue of construction certificates, complying development certificates and occupation certificates on development in all construction fields.

He has a thorough and detailed knowledge of the Building Code of Australia backed by experience with the Local Government Act and it's Regulations, as well as the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act and it's Regulations.
