The Bligh Street project is a 6 star Green Star Office Design rated building in NSW. The building consists of 30 levels of commercial office space, transfer floor and a double height entry foyer. There is also an additional four basement carpark levels. The building's innovation is evident through several complex and modern building systems including a double glazed skin façade completely wrapping the elliptical form, live green walls and a full height atrium.

Bligh Street is a complex project bringing together many expert services and consultants, including the two architectural companies in Architectus from Sydney and Ingenhoven Architects from Germany. There were also three façade experts and many others from varying locations. Our Technical Referencing System provided a single source comprehensive list of the architectural products, items and finishes which gave all parties a checklist and referencing point for the project. Our knowledge in Green Star issues, ‘delineating scope of works’ documents for all parties concerned, contract knowledge and the tender ducuments alignment to the contract proved to be invaluable.

A performace specification was produced reflecting the clients requirements and the architects detailed design solutions following novation to the contractor. The specification aligned seamlesly with the tender documents and ensured that the client received what was defined in the 'buy' within the contract.
