Refurbishment and reconfiguration of the existing hotel and retail centre, including the construction of 36 additional hotel suites.
The hotel remained open and occupied throughout the construction period. There was also a change of hotel operator and grading (from 4 to 5 star) during the detailed design phase.

- New premium rooms and suites
- New club lounge and business centre
- Complete lobby refurbishment
- Complete existing rooms and corridors refurbishement
- New bar and signature restaurant
