October 2008 launched a new era in the realm of “Services
Offered” for our clients.

From this date Davis Langdon Project Management, (or DLPM as it appears to have become…), was fully operational and provided specialist project management services to existing and new clients alike.

Following on, in November DLPM acquired Ocean Projects boosting the delivery capacity of DLPM.

The vision of DLPM is “to deliver Project Management Consultancy Services to the Greater Built Environment. We strive to provide the best solutions for clients within the context of the project and aim to be the preferred supplier of Project Management Services to the Natural and Built Environment sector within Southern Africa and surrounding islands”.

Currently operating out of the Johannesburg, (Rob Fleming), Durban, (Greg Pearson) and headed up by Martin Donnelly, based in Durban, the entity is fast progressing on our vision and are working both independently as Project Managers to clients and jointly offering full Project Management and Quantity Surveying services to clients with various offices.

DLPM has already secured numerous projects with clients, such as ERIS Property Group, Rainbow Farms, Vector Logistics, KZN Department of Works, Ocean Group, Simmer & Jack, Eskom, etc., and look forward to growing the strength of Project Management in the Davis Langdon line of services.
