Farrow Laing Dispute Management was established in 1994 when the need for dispute resolution in the construction industry became apparent.

The service has grown to encompass contractual/legal support and dispute management consulting. Services range from structuring bespoke construction contracts to advising on contractual claims, provision of mediation, arbitration and expert witness services. In addition, specialised consulting services are offered to legal teams when forming claims or defences in construction and property related disputes.

The dispute management service is managed by Nigel Sessions, based in our Cape Town office. He has extensive experience in acting as a Mediator and Arbitrator and is able to draw on the additional support of several directors and staff members with suitable contractual experience.
