Amer worked with a number of major contractors in the Middle East before he joined Davis Langdon Lebanon in 1999 as a Project Manager. He moved to the London office in 2001 before moving to the Abu Dhabi office in 2008.

He has particular specialism in masterplanning, cultural, large mixed-use projects and resorts. Amer’s a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Institution of Civil Engineer. His ability to work alongside his clients and understand their needs makes him an invaluable asset to the client team.
