Having been in the industry for over 20 years, Iain has vast experience in helping clients plot their strategic goals ensuring that the conditions for success are in place for the whole project environment to allow successful outcomes to be achieved.

Iain has a long history in the world of offices, going back to the delivery of Commerzbank in Frankfurt in the early 1990’s, but in the last decade having led some of the most high profile projects in central London – including schemes such as Bishops Square in Spitalfields, One London Wall, 125 Old Broad Street (the redevelopment of the former London Stock Exchange site) and, most recently, the new European HQ building for JP Morgan Chase at Canary Wharf.
