Kevin is the Director of Davis Langdon who heads up our P3 offer.  He joined Davis Langdon as an Associate to set up our P3 team in January 2005 and became a Partner in May 2006. He is based in Scotland and works extensively throughout the UK and international markets.

Kevin has over Eighteen years experience in the UK construction and property industry having worked for a number of large UK and International Consultants. He specialises in providing Due Diligence Advice to Bank and Non Bank Funders investing in development finance, equity finance and project finance including PFI/PPP funded projects.

Kevin was the Bank’s Technical Advisor on one of the first PFI funded projects to close in the UK and has since advised Authorities, Funders and SPV’s on projects in the Health, Education, Commercial and Leisure sectors.

Kevin was the Lead Technical Advisor on the flotation of the first PFI Equity Fund to obtain a listing on the AIM and has advised a number of Secondary Investors on the acquisition and refinancing of numerous PFI / PPP Projects.
