Neil’s specialisms include cost, risk and value management, project monitoring and legal support work. Neil’s expertise lies in the Education, Social and Private Housing, Regeneration and Masterplanning, and Leisure sectors.
Neil joined Davis Langdon as a graduate QS in 1997, qualified in 1999, became and Associate in 2001 and a Partner in 2004. He was a member of Davis Langdon’s “20/20 think tank”.
During his time at Davis Langdon, Neil has worked with clients such as Liverpool John Moores University, Liverpool University, Bangor University, Liverpool Housing Trust, Arena Housing, Cobalt Housing, Contour Housing, Plus Housing Group, Gleeson Regeneration as well as other numerous Public and Private sector clients.
