As part of our IDIQ agreement with the US General Services Administration, Davis Langdon is providing cost estimates for the new United States Coast Guard (USCG) Headquarters building in Arlington, VA. The building is 1.172 million sq ft and is one component of the 3.8 million sq ft restoration and redevelopment of the historic St. Elizabeth’s Hospital West Campus by the Department of Homeland Security.
