Services Engaged Sustainability Consulting

Davis Langdon is currently assisting the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) in developing a sustainability master plan. UCSF has made commitments to sustainability, including the AASHE’s College and University Presidents Climate Commitment, STARS, and LEED. Sustainability committees have begun to address the various aspects of the university’s sustainability goals, including such areas as food services, design and construction, operations and maintenance, procurement, student life, and academic curricula.

Davis Langdon’s role is to coordinate these disparate efforts into a single integrated plan. We are also developing an immediate action plan, identifying short term goals, analyzing them for costs and benefits, and providing instructions for implementation. The long term sustainability plan will also address organizational structure and processes, and the Long Range Development Plan.
