The Wild Horse Pass Resort includes a four star hotel with restaurants, ballrooms, conference center, a golf course with clubhouse, extensive landscaping, and a number of water features, including a manmade river linking the hotel and the onsite casino.
Davis Langdon provided cost management services for several phases of this project, which strives to incorporate the culture of the Pima and Maricopa tribes through the use of natural materials and architectural features that mimic the traditional styles of the residents of the Gila River Indian Community.
